Droitwich RFC Under 11's recorded one victory and one loss against their rivals from Bromsgrove on Sunday, 19th November.
Droitwich 17- Bromsgrove 0
After an even first half Droitwich finally broke through the Bromsgrove defence with Josh Feek going over for two tries. Jack Guy, Sam Phillips and Alex Myerson led from the front and after some strong running Joel Power scored the third try. Joe Ingle was always busy at scrum half and Tom Flowerdew tackled well. Droitwich ran out worthy winners.
Droitwich 7 - Bromsgrove 26
A less experienced Droitwich side put in a creditable performance against a well drilled team. Bromsgrove's back line was quick and without strong tackling from Alex Archer and Tom Bedborough the score could have been greater. Droitwich’s pack never gave up and good work from Mike Ingafield and Kyle Harding kept the forward battle close. Droitwich's consolation try came from a run the length of the pitch by Jamie Evans.
