Droitwich RFC awarded Year 3 Seal of Approval from the RFU

Monday, October 2, 2006

We are pleased to announce that Droitwich RFC have been awarded their Year 3 Seal of Approval from the RFU. We are the first club in the North Midlands to gain Year 3 accreditation.

“Congratulations to Droitwich RFC on achieving Year 3 accreditation in the RFU Seal of Approval and Sport England Clubmark scheme.

Droitwich are the first club in the North Midlands to gain Year 3 accreditation and have again proved that the club is safe, effective and child friendly.

Seal of Approval is the RFU’s kitemark scheme that recognises the excellent work that accredited clubs do in mini, junior and youth rugby. Droitwich have always been at the forefront of this club development work and it is testament to the hard work of the club and its volunteers, particularly new Mini Junior Chairman Paul Edwards, that the club has achieved and maintained the Seal of Approval kitemark.

Again, congratulations to all at Droitwich RFC who have worked so hard to achieve this.”
