Droitwich under 15’s versus Ledbury

This Sunday saw Droitwich play hosts to Ledbury under 15’s. The match was between two very evenly matched sides, battling not only each other but the cold and frosty Sunday morning.

Ledbury took the initiative with a try in the first 10 minutes. This spurred Droitwich into life, responding with two first half tries from James Phipps and Jack Knight with Sam Cave completing one conversion.

The second half started much the same way with each team battling for position and points, Ledbury broke the deadlock with a try, then Droitwich pressed for a response and were rewarded with a try of their own from Anton Preece in the last few minutes of the game.
