The aim of our coaching sessions is to create a rugby community which cuts across all schools so friendships can be fostered and a strong sense of enjoyment can be had by all both on and off the field. As well as making friends, we will provide a fun and exciting atmosphere where your child can develop skills, get fit, work within a team and learn to both win and lose with good grace!! This approach very much supports the ethos of Droitwich RFC. Even at this young age, we shall also be teaching discipline and respect. As with all age groups, we shall require our players to give three cheers to opponents and shake hands at the end of every game. U6's are not allowed to play games against opposition, as per RFU Continuum but we do have games amongst ourselves.

As parents you are also key to our success. We appreciate the time you are giving up to bring your child to us and so please, also have fun with this!! We want you to make friends with other parents and positively encourage touchline chat and a post session drink !!
